AI might sound like it’s something for technologists and scientists, but it’s quickly becoming an everyday tool for many professionals, transforming how we work and significantly boosting productivity.

We spoke with women who use AI every day to boost productivity, streamline tasks and overcome creative blocks. Here, they share how AI is already making an impact on their careers, along with their top tips for anyone looking to get started…

A productivity sidekick

AI can act like a digital assistant, streamlining daily tasks and freeing up time for more strategic work.

Rochelle Bugg, a corporate Content Consultant who works with organisations across the UK and MENA to help boost business performance says: “The majority of my work is done independently, so AI has become an assistant of sorts. I use it to speed up straightforward admin tasks.”

For solo entrepreneurs, AI is a lifeline. “I don’t have colleagues who can check an email, explain something or bounce ideas around with me,” says Daisy Ferns, a Children’s Sleep Specialist and Founder of The Parenting Experts Academy, a training hub for parenting professionals.
